Just popped into The Flower Cwtch shop to get my wife a surprise bouquet. The whole experience was terrible, and I will not use this shop again. For no reason the lady that was working decided to start bad mouthing Deb’s Flowers Ebbw Vale, who is a lovely lady and use to have a small shop in town before Covid that everyone liked. She then proceeded to brag to me for a while about how she is working for Netflix while ignoring my requests. When I asked for thistles to be added to the bouquet because we had them at our wedding, I was given a stinking look as if they didn’t belong. I then asked for her to not wrap them because neither my wife or myself like to use paper if it is not needed but she told me they had to be done properly and wrapped them anyway.
