I just carried out another visit to this shop and must say that I will not visit another pet shop as this one fulfills all my needs, I got all my bird food cheaper my dog was groomed perfectly, previously I managed to order specialist supplements for my dog recommended by the vet at a cheaper price than elsewhere. in this day and age it is easy to go to the glossy shop and pay more for a lesser service so I am determined to stay loyal to this shop where the friendly service is just what I need.This Is a genuine review.Terry More...

Just had my tea cup Yorkies hair cut there after going to pets at home for the past 2 years , at last a lovely cut and style she looks fantastic never going any where else again , and half the price , even through that didn't matter , as all I wanted was a nice cut which is what she now has , sending daughter there even through coming from Basingstoke it's worth it X X X

Really friendly and helpful staff. Goods all at competitive prices. A few exotic residents to keep you entertained while you shop.
All in all a great place to go for getting things for your pets.
The only downside is the parking which can be a trial.
There are limited spaces just outside but these are often occupied making it tricky to just pop in.
However, the staff are great which means the effort is worth it.
