Received Healthy Eating Hypnotherapy from Farzana and it's really made a different to the eating choices I make. I haven't touched chocolate, crisps or sweets in nearly 3 weeks since I had it done - would highly recommend

Since my session with Farzana to reduce my sugar intake my cravings have reduced dramatically and I find myself making mindful choices about what I eat without noticing that I'm doing it, it just happens.
It's quite a daunting process but Farzana explained what was happening in detail and put me, very much, at ease.
Cannot recommend her highly enough.

What do you love most about your job?
It's very rewarding when you see how you have helped someone overcome their problem and can see how much better they feel about themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realised that the only way I could truly make a difference when helping someone, was to train to become a hypnotherapist.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand what it's like to struggle with an issue that can feel overwhelming. I used hypnotherapy myself to overcome a phobia which had a big impact on my life.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is used by the therapist to allow the client to enter a relaxed state where beneficial positive suggestions are given to the client's unconscious mind. These suggestions are based on what the client themselves have requested help with. The unconscious mind influences mental and physical functions and is more receptive to therapy.
Reiki
Reiki is a complementary therapy where the practitioner will place their hands lightly in a series of non- intrusive positions on or near the person. By doing do, this will open any blocked energy centres (Chakras) and promote a feeling of wellbeing, relaxation and healing.
EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing
The mind normally heals itself naturally when negative experiences happen. Sometimes, when an overwhelming or disturbing event occurs e.g. trauma, this natural process becomes overloaded. This overloading can result in disturbing experiences becoming stuck or ‘unprocessed’.
EMDR can help the mind to ‘process’ a traumatic event in a natural way allowing the person to move on from it. It can be used for trauma, bereavement, anxiety and phobias, panic attacks, addiction and pain.
