Dimple was so easy to work with, very down to earth and open and I did her weight loss programme. I learnt lots and I now realise how the changes I have made in the way that I think has allowed me to lose weight. I feel confident that I can maintain this too knowing its my happy way of living, unlike all the silly diet plans I have done before and hated..thanks so much! More...

I was recommend to Dimple by a friend who felt she could help me stop smoking. Having been a smoker for many years (+20 years), I did not feel I could simply stop just with pure will power alone. I was also reluctant to try using any Nicotine patches or gum. The results have been spectacular! I've been smoke-free now since the 1st November 2020 and can honestly say I've not had any cravings or urges to light up again! The results have been truly remarkable. I had been smoking since I was 16 years old. Tried numerous things to give up but failed. This was my last shot so got in touch with Dimple to try hypnotherapy. So I had two sessions and it has helped me stay smoke free its been 20 days and so far so good. Knowing the power of hypnotherapy and how it can help others, I enjoy working with and helping people overcome areas in their life which they are struggling with. When you see their outcomes and successfully overcoming their struggles through the use of hypnotherapy - it really is a joy to see their success.

Hypnotherapy is a fantastic way to experience relaxation and help change old habits and mindset - it is so brilliant I can't keep it to myself. Lockdown and working from home has given me the flexibility to work from home and the opportunity to offer online sessions too - this has made starting the business more accessible.

I have a passion for hypnotherapy and helping others - I focus on solutions and all therapy is centred around the client. I do not judge, am open and honest and provide a safe space for clients to feel at ease and enjoy the experience of hypnotherapy. I have seen first hand how ill mental health can really affect someone and family members too. I had family members taken away due to ill mental health, including schizophrenia and social anxiety. Seeing this first hand makes me believe that a number of situations can be prevented if a person understands more about mindset and the why's of their emotional responses. This is where I can help through the use of hypnotherapy.

I can provide hypnotherapy online and remotely. Only sessions are conducted through Google Meet

Sessions are online and covid secure regulations are in place for in person hypnotherapy sessions.

Services

The Weight Management Programme includes:

FOUR 1 TO 1 HYPNOTHERAPY SESSIONS
These sessions are your time to understand your eating habits through questioning and of course hypnosis. We will help you feel more confident in your own body image and feel happier with yourself. You will be given homework and mental exercises to do between sessions and we give accountability to stay focused in achieving your goals.
SELF-HYPNOSIS
We provide tailor-made hypnosis Mp3s for you to listen to before your second session. These will allow you to maintain strength throughout the programme and reinforce all the work done throughout the four sessions. These will be available for you to keep even after the programme is completed.

Our online sessions work just as well as in-person sessions. As long as you have a quiet space and a set of earphones/headphones, we can provide a very effective remote hypnotherapy session.
Some customers have found this more effective, especially if using noise cancelling headphones, as they immerse themselves in the therapy.
Pure Hypnosis can help you with breaking an addiction, improving sleep, overcoming anxiety and phobias, increasing confidence and motivation, stop smoking, lose weight and achieving optimal health and wellness.

3 hypnotherapy sessions to help you kick the habit. The first session will include hypnotherapy, but will also include a thorough consultation on understanding your relationship with smoking and what smoking means to you. This is really important to help us both understand your motivation to stop smoking and why you are struggling to stop. This will then give us ammunition for the hypnotherapy you undergo, which is very much tailored to your needs.​

The second session will be a longer hypnotherapy session, working on any inner conflicts you may have that may be stopping you from smoking.

The third session will take place about a month or so after your second session, which will be a booster session to keep you going.

Hypnosis is very relaxing and can help reduce some of the symptoms and increase a feeling of general well-being. Using the power of suggestion, hypnosis aims to access your subconscious mind and promote positive change.
We use a variety of techniques from NLP, to anchoring and teaching you self-hypnosis that you can use at home, work or wherever you are. We explore where your feelings of depression/anxiety first originated from and deal with it by using regression and inner healing work. Once they have been uncovered and properly dealt with, the symptoms can fade away as they no longer have anything driving them.
The sessions themselves can be tailored to help you learn what triggers your anxiety and why, as well as changing the way you react towards them. Each session is very individualised and tailored to you and your needs.
