We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the service provided by the ProTech Security Guarding Company on our construction project.
As all projects are different, this project a Manor House required some ingenuity, and I can say I was impressed from the start to the finish with their professionalism and attention to detail.
The Protech team, exhibited a high level of expertise and knowledge in there field. They ensured that our site was always protected, maintaining the utmost vigilance, and implementing effective security measures.
We appreciated how patient and understanding the team was when dealing with any concerns that arose. The guards were always punctual, polite, and attentive to the needs of the resident as well as the contract staff on site, and it was very apparent that they genially cared about the safety and satisfaction of their clients.
We found that the management team was easily accusable 24/7 and responded to any queries or requests we had. They were proactive in addressing any potential security risks and worked closely with us to develop a customized security plan tailored to our specific needs.
My overall experience with Protech Security Guarding was fantastic and I would recommend them to any company wanting to utilise their services.

I asked Protech Security Guarding to help me with a security requirement I had when my sister's ex-partner was moving his belongings from my sister's flat after she passed away. What do you love most about your job?
Being able to do work virtually. Having a forward-thinking, supportive company that realises employees are their greatest asset. Also working collaboratively with people for successful outcomes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The main inspiration for starting my own business is my entrepreneurial spirit. There are also successful people whom I admired in my life. I have over thirty years of experience in the security sector from working in private security to serving as an officer with the 'Met Police' to having the honour of being part of the 'Parliamentary security division at the Palace of Westminster'. This provided me with excellent knowledge and skills to further my business interests in the security sector. A history of entrepreneurs in my family has been a major influence and I have a strong desire to succeed for a purpose much bigger than myself.

It is my belief that companies that are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to customers will build a reputation for their service. If you are focused on your customers, they will feel taken care of and know that you are helping them meet their needs or solve their problems. I like to understand my client's needs and provide them with what they expect from a security service provider.

Protech Security Guarding can provide services online and remotely. There are some areas that come into being provided online or remotely such as 'Alarm Systems, CCTV, and even door entry systems.
Only area's requiring static guarding would need to be staffed personly.

The importance of following government guidelines
Preparing a response plan.
Determining your risk level.
Encouraging sanitary work practices inc. hand sanitises, gloves & masks.
Adjusting social distancing as required, especially on door entry & exit points.
Communicating with the public/face masks/gloves.
Postponing events.
