Chef Christos was a consummate professional from start to finish.Beginning with the initial phone call to introduce himself, to discussing and finalising the menu, nothing was too much of a problem. On the day of the dinner, Christos was warm, pleasant and super organised. All of our 8 guests had nothing but praise for the amazing food that was prepared and served by Christo's. Excellent, relaxed evening. Chefs should be allowed without question on to sites like Bluestone in Wales. The food was marvellous and Christos looked after our small party, and the kitchen area of the cabin which added to the experience. This is the second time Christos has cooked at one of our gatherings and the food is absolutely delicious. You can work with him to design your menu of mouth watering food and he will come in and whip up the food, serving and leaving the kitchen spotless afterwards. Christos catered for 10 of us at my home for my Dad’s 70th birthday. We couldn’t have been more impressed. The food was fantastic, accommodating a choice of two options per course which was quite clearly a lot more work! The service on the night (and leading up to the event) was faultless. We booked Christos for my partner’s 30th birthday for ten adults and three children. From the first point of contact with Christos, the service was absolutely top class. He was extremely flexible in organising times to speak about the meal and very friendly. We weren’t sure what to have for our menu but Christos gave us a selection of meals to choose from. On the day of my partner’s birthday Christos arrived in the afternoon to start preparing and it was like seeing an old friend - he made us feel very relaxed in his company. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He worked very hard to make a wonderful meal and I must say the food was absolutely delicious. The presentation was excellent too and really had the ‘wow factor’. When serving each dish he took the time to explain exactly how he had made the food and with what ingredients, which was very interesting. On top of all that Christos then even does all of the washing up and left the kitchen absolutely spotless. It really was such a special evening and everyone is still talking about how wonderful the meal was, and I am sure we will continue to do so for years to come. I would highly recommend Christos to anyone planning a special meal or dinner party. I first met Christos at my friends hen party this summer. He cooked an amazing 3 course meal. Consequently a few months later, I booked him to cook for my 30th birthday. There were 14 guests. Christos was really helpful. I was able to put together the menu I wanted from scratch and the location was no trouble for him. He took a lot of care to source local produce and created variations of the menu to suit my friends who are vegan. Christos was friendly, very approachable and is an amazing chef. Wow, what a meal! Thank you Christos for producing such a culinary feast for all of us (16 people) in celebration of my husband's 50th. The food was magnificent, a real celebration too of Welsh ingredients (laverbread, cockles, Caerphilly cheese) and a menu featuring David's favourites - lamb and crumble! If you ever get the chance to book the award-winning chef Christos Georgakis, don’t think twice, just book, he exceeds all expectations. We were lucky enough to book Christos for an evening in August 2018 whilst on a family holiday celebrating our parents’ Golden Wedding Anniversary. We chose to work with Christos on a six-course menu for eight people. We focused on using as much organic, local Welsh produce as possible and Christos didn’t disappoint (the carrots alone were pulled from the ground that very morning). The menu was carefully crafted, each course building flavours through a multitude of stocks, purees, dressings and foams. We enjoyed Pembrokeshire hand-picked white crab, hand-dived king scallops, line-caught Welsh sea bass bouillabaisse, roast fillet of Gower steak and sumptuous dark chocolate terrine before a selection of award winning Welsh cheeses. How he managed to juggle the complexity of the menu including a vegetable alternative for one non-meat eating guest was a sheer joy to behold. Christos clearly loves what he does. His passion comes across in his personality, his presentation of each dish, in every last delicious mouthful and in the spotless kitchen once departed.
