Philly is very patient with dogs and does listen to what your requirements are for your dog, but will advise if needed. She was lovely to my elderly spaniel when he was alive, when my new puppy is ready for grooming I will certainly have no hesitation in contacting her.

Extremely good service from Philippa! I was very pleased with the level of grooming and attention to detail. Philly did as I asked, took her time and dealt very well with my dog who really doesn't enjoy having his face hair cut. Very pleased.
