I have 2 dogs, 13 yr cocker spaniel & a cross American
Bulldog/Alsatian. Kim is very good, especially with Izzy (13yr) as she is old and gets grumpy!
! Rollo our cross was a rescue dog, never been to groomers, was scared of hairdryer but with Kim's determination, he's a lot better now, thank you Kim for making our dogs feel special

Derek and Kim are amazing with my two dogs, Derek always text me after they drop them back at my house, and the grooming service from Kim is very good, they came back with a ribbon and a few gifts very thoughtful.
Also they took a nice picture from both after the grooming.
I highly recommend Petchase, 5 stars.
