Just a quick one,
I had Peggy and her colleague come and complete a cleaning deep clean for me due to me, not being too well.
They worked Damn and got me to a point in the house where I was able to sort out my own stuff and just get rid of the General rubbish dotted around my house and make the house safe for me to prevent me from falling. They cleaned our takeaway kitchen within a week of our conversation. Three people for four hours each. Kitchen had been closed for six months or more. They’ve done a fantastic job. How long have you been in business?
We are a fairly new and rapidly growing company, and we're looking forward to counting those successful years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring all our cleaning materials. However, if clients want us to use their equipment, we can, so long as our staff are comfortable with them.
What do you love most about your job?
When cleaning, I love to see the difference before, and after the job is done. When caring, I am filled with gratitude and peace for giving my services to those in need, especially the elderly. To top it up, I love the joy and smile that I leave on my client's faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved to own a community service business. Growing up in my small village with my poor grandma, I became an entrepreneur at the age of 10. I learned to farm and sell my vegetables to afford basic items like clothes, flip-flops, and school books. I learned from my OCD grandma that cleanliness is next to godliness.
During those years, I was lucky to care for my grandma until her death. Ever since I developed a keen passion for care and cleaning because I wanted to continue giving dignified care, home support, and cleaning that enriches lives within the community. Hence, I created Passionate Carers Ltd.
In my 20 years as a carer and housekeeper, I have been privileged to work with busy families, the elderly, and those with mental health and complex care needs. I realized that not every carer or cleaner is passionate about the job. It can become quite challenging when making the decision to seek extra help for yourself, your business, or a loved one, but one thing is vital: you need someone that can deliver from the bottom of their heart.
That is why we only recruit and train those that are passionate about care and cleaning. Besides my degree in management development, my love for care and cleaning has motivated me to acquire QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social care. I also have a level 3 Diploma in Cleaning business. I and my team are constantly learning and acquiring new skills that can enable us to deliver with excellence. I don't want money to get in the way, hence, I am flexible with my rates and happy to negotiate to meet your needs. I look forward to speaking with you. Thank you.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are very keen on observing the government's guidelines on Covid-19 and other variants. We'll always ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. Thus, we have implemented the following:
Our staff are all trained in infection control( Always wearing PPE as needed)
Most of them have taken their Covid vaccination
They're required to wear face masks throughout the time they are working in your house or office
They're required to keep social distance as needed
They're required to wash their hands and sanitize as needed
They're required to dispose of any PPE as per legal requirements
They're required not to come to work if they're experiencing any Covid symptoms
They're required to self-isolate if tested positive for Covid for 5-10 days
