Great facility. Having personal training, physio therapy and acupuncture all under one roof really helped me when I sprained my ankle playing football. My personal trainer Joe was also especially helpful in getting me out of pain and back on the pitch. Would recommend. More...

Great training centre, with great trainers. Never too crowded, really flexible and with perfectly personalised sessions to get you to where you want to be. Have been going for about 3 years.

My partner and I have been doing PT sessions with Vanessa for three months now and are absolutely happy both with the gym facilities and Vanessa’s professionalism as well as trainer skills – thanks to her work out knowledge, motivation and tailor-made trainings we were able to increase our fitness significantly . The sessions are varied and demanding, but always fun – not once did we finish a session without feeling great despite our early 6.30am training start. We can wholeheartedly recommend ProjectMe and particularly Vanessa, who pushes our limits, but never takes it too far. More...

I've had a great experience with Project Me, which is a small, clean gym with fantastic personal trainers and classes. Compared to bigger gyms it has a really personal touch. I've worked with Vanessa - her support and expertise has made getting into shape a pleasure. More...

Q&As

A healthy diet underpins every aspect of our happiness and well being. If you suffer with any ailment at all, chances are that you could be alleviating some of the symptoms or be free of it completely by making informed changes to your diet and eating practises. Nutritional support is an excellent way to reinstate balance within the body to help the body help heal itself. It is not an alternative to traditional medical help, but works alongside it to enhance the body's need for balance and homeostasis.

I love seeing the results in how simple, sustainable changes that appear so elusive at first, can make such an impactful change. It is immensely satisfying when people thank me for getting rid of symptoms they have had for years and come to accept as 'ageing' or 'just something I live with'. Using diagnostic tests to uncover what sometimes is missed with traditional medical tests is also extremely rewarding - to be able to address a health issue from the root cause.

I have always loved biology and the study of the human body. Having my first child during the BSE crisis and the rise of the organic movement brought a huge awareness to the quality of food on our plates. When my husband was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis is 2002 that also further fuelled my appreciation how diet can affect the onset and progression of chronic illness. It seemed natural to use my own personal experience and journey with food to go on and help others.

I aim to work directly with the client on a one-to-one basis providing detailed bespoke action plans, menus and shopping lists. I believe in addressing the root of the issue and like to use diagnostic testing to avoid 'stabbing in the dark'. I don't like to waste client's money in unnecessary supplements, but always prefer dietary approaches first. That's not to say I don't use supplements but only when the benefit is clearly demanding. I believe in personal rapport and listening to client's goals and desired outcomes to shape the direction of the consultation.
