I have struggled with my weight for about three years now after discovering I have Polycystic Ovary syndrome. I had very little knowledge about nutrition before I started meeting with Andrew and have done my fair share of fad diets over the years, but to no avail. Andrew made it clear that this is not a diet, but through what he has taught me I have found myself making much better choices about what I eat and how I associate with food. I have discovered through Andrews help what my eating behaviours are and how I can avoid eating foods that are not good choices with simple techniques he has shown me. I’ve been meeting with Andrew for just over 10 weeks now and the difference it has made is massive, my confidence is up and for the first time in 3 years I feel like I can actually do / am doing something about my weight. Not only has Andrew helped with food aspect but he has also introduced me to foods that can help with the symptoms of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) I have found this invaluable and I’m feeling so much better for it in such little time. I have struggled with my weight for a number of years and have been recently diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries. Andrew has supported me by giving me good nutrional information to make positive changes to my diet. Andrew has used a range of exercises to show that small changes can make a big difference which is something I have found to be very useful.
