Carpets do look great, can't say they dont. . The chemical smell hangs around a couple of days tho, and I don't recall that when I've had them cleaned previously. . It's a shame about the paint that was scraped off my landing bannister by the pipes, and the earring that was knocked off the side and was sucked up, I wondered at the time what I could hear rattling in the pipe and that's what it was.
