What information do you need from a client before you start work?
A brief, quantities, materials and timescales are the 4 major requirements, as this would allow for us to create a competitive quote based on your needs and allow for any suggestions etc...
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We can cater for any printing project from 250 business cards to 50,000 catalogues. We are a one stop shop for all print projects, we have state of the art machinery for all digital, large format and litho printing. As well as clothing, banners, exhibition materials and much much more...
Describe your creative process.
First of all we would research into the clients field of expertise, so we can look at trends, competitors etc to get an understanding of where the business needs to be to thrive and succeed. We would then listen to the clients ideas and take them on board when creating the initial concepts and we would always add in a couple of ideas of our own that the client may not of thought of. We would then sit down and discuss the concepts and move forward to the next step of finalising the logo then looking at how the 'brand' would work in the day to day running of the business.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We would always ask for business contact details (address, email, phone etc..) that way we can set the client up on our system ready for quoting. Depending on the project, we would ask for spec details / budgets etc.. so we can advise the best options to achieve the best results.

As a team at Mutual Media, we look to build long lasting relationships with our clients to help, support and guide them to growing their businesses. We are used as a partner for alot of our clients working remotely from our offices or working with their in-house teams from their premises. We love what we do as we love to see the growth of our clients and the impact our creative design, printed marketing materials have in the public spaces.
