What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy hearing the stories behind the business I am working with as it gives me insight into the issues and helps inform the way I approach the solution
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to give some support back as when I set up my first business I was not able to access the kind of support I really needed
Why should our clients choose you?
My approach focuses on the business I work with - there is no "1 solution fits all" and so I tailor my support and solutions to meet the needs of the business an business owner I am working with

I usually like to support face to face but we have all got used to working remotely so am happy to work in a way that best suits my clients
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote working is the obvious one - much of my week is spent on zoom.
Delivering a film documentary on behalf of the growth hub I made sure the crew all wore appropriate PPE, we filmed outside where possible and if inside we ensured that the room was fully ventilated.
Business Review
We go through the key pillars of the business and identify where you need to focus attention and the priorities required - you then receive a full written report with recomendations
Project Management
If engaged we manage the agreed project through to completion - reporting at all agreed stages and ensuring we adapt the project where appropriate to meet the needs of the business and as the project develops.
