How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
The food we eat lays the foundation to our health; our cells, muscular health and every system in the body is impacted by what we eat. The great thing about the human body is that it wants to function optimally so even small changes all add up in a positive way.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It is important to me that the suggestions I make are realistic and tailored to you, part of the consultation process will involve a discussion of what is practical and comfortable for you to confidently put in place without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing positive changes in my patients health like weight loss, reduction in painful symptoms. The most rewarding feedback I get is when people tell me they finally feel in control of their health.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got into nutrition after developing a chronic pain and fatigue condition called fibromyalgia. I has also suffered with depression and anxiety. Once I experienced first hand the positive impact nutrition had on my life and symptoms, I wanted to help other feel the same empowerment.
Why should our clients choose you?
All my recommendations are based on scientific and clinical evidence. This evidence based approached, combined with my realistic approach to nutrition equips people with a plan which is realistic and manageable.
