How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Its very important healthy food promotes good health and a happy mind, the food we eat has a direct effect on how we look and feel.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I listen to thier goals then put a plan in place to help achieve them using my knowledge and skills.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency! Dont give up just keep going and you will see results.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and giving them advice, seeing progress along the way and them being happy as i know i contributed to that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the freedom of working for myself.. when i first started this business it was actully just to attract customers to another business i had in network marketing but i loved fitness training and nutrition so much i branched off got new qualifications and a new career path.

I’m genuine I do actually care about my clients results not just the money they are paying me, i’m very particular I like things done properly and I have lots of experience.
