Illustrators

I couldn't be more pleased with the illustrations which Sean produced for me. He is both professional and friendly and bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with the finished product. The communication was great and the responses were always very fast. He does have his own style but he is also great at adapting to other types of illustrations. Sean is a very talented artist and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future! More...

Q&As

First I establish what the client's requirements are: What is the scope of the project? What style would they like me to achieve visually? What is their budget and does it fit with the time requirements of the project.
Then I move into my sketchbook to sketch out some initial ideas for the project.
Then, I send my initial sketches to the client in order to receive feedback and critiques to ensure that we are working in parallel.
Once the client has fed this information back I work on some refined concepts, and send them one last time to ensure that we share the same vision for the project.
I then move on to the first developmental stage, showing the client as the project grows. So that they can feed back on the refinements and I can develop the work to their specification.
Once the final project is realized I submit it for one final review, any alterations, tweaks, last minute decisions will be implemented at this stage.

I need to know what their vision is, what is the style of work you are hoping to achieve? When do you need this project for? What is your budget for this project so that I can ensure that it is possible with both the time scale and my expertise. If it's an animated video, what aspect ratio would you like me to create it for? Is it going to need to be exported/created in many different scales? For example- if you have an ad campaign you want to create for Instagram, Twitter and Youtube, I will need to render the video in multiple scales, and the sooner I'm aware of this, the sooner I can ensure the project is created to the highest quality possible.

I adore the creative process, watching a project grow, looking back at my initial sketches and seeing the fleshed out project being far better than the concept because of the decisions made through the design process.

I have been creating animated content for fun for the last few years, I have decided that I have reached a standard of work that can make money and make my clients happy.

I am friendly, reliable, organised and efficient, I take criticism well because I see it as the best way to grow and develop as a creative. I adore the creative process and if my clients can be as happy with my work, as I am creating it, then I can establish some amazing relationships. I value my reputation as a creative over everything, so if you're not satisfied with my work, I want to know what I can do to ensure that it reaches your expectations.
