I have had a few personal training sessions with Kat and she has been great. She really pushes me while also being positive and encouraging. She also has great advice about exercise and diet generally. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get fit! More...

After just 4 sessions of training with Kat to help me prepare for the Cambridge Half Marathon in March, I can 100% recommend her to anyone looking to partake in personal training sessions. She was flexible, kindly agreeing to help me train outside in the cold, reliable, and very knowledgeable (not to mention not being afraid to challenge me!) I’ve learn a lot from just 4 sessions, and have improved massively since starting training with her. Very pleased I did it! More...

I had four sessions with Katarzyna, and she helped me develop key strength training routines to use in the gym. I feel so, so much more confident after her sessions and determined to get stronger � She’s a really motivational trainer and her workouts were so well adapted to suit me. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
