In her time at Worcester Stands Tall, Kelly has developed a deep understanding and appreciation of her audience, and fostered her own distinctive style at the same time. She is detail-orientated and committed to delivering projects to the given requirements as best as possible. She is thorough and meticulous, but able to work to quick deadlines and often under tight conditions. Kelly is an extremely reliable individual and committed to her work, always willing to go the extra mile when required. Kelly’s time with us has been invaluable, particularly during a time that has seen a considerable shift in our marketing and design output. She has spent the last two years producing some of our most memorable design work, seeing a multitude of bespoke marketing campaigns from beginning through to end. Nothing is outside of her capabilities, whether it be a professional Impact Report or a poster for Fresher’s Week. Kelly is not only an incredibly talented individual when it comes to graphic design and illustration, but simply a pleasure to be around, and subsequently was awarded ‘Student Staff of the Year’ at our annual awards ceremony. Kelly recently created a logo for my partner and I for a business we are hoping to set up over the course of the next couple of years. As it's the first thing for the business we went for, we didn't have a lot to go on to give her inspiration bless her! But she took the challenge on and delivered not only on the description I gave her, but improved it vastly, even adding in a couple of alternatives that got my partner and I thinking.
