I went on a training course here but didn't stay so my review only covers the none accommodation part of the hotel. The conference room we had was roomy and well lit, with the projector and screen being of a good quality. The decor was nice and felt quite upmarket as I guess you'd expect from a Hilton Hotel. The buffet food served was of a very good standard and there was plenty of choice, including Vegetarian. I would attend and or run a course here again. More...

The cafe needs some care. The blinds need to be repaired or replaced. While eating dinner, the server could not adjust the blinds to prevent the sun hitting my wife in the face. We had to manually move the slats because the strings were broke, and she was not tall. In the room, the taps would only let water flow into the basin if you turned the knobs to full open. If you tried to regulate to a lower water pressure, the water flow would drain the spout to the counter top. We had to be careful using the hot water. More...

I only spent two nights here in the cheapest room and it was great, it was clean and very well maintained. Nothing was broken or missing, everything worked. The shower was lovely and the bed very nice. The TV was so good, big and I could use my computer to watch stuff on the TV. Also the staff was very nice and helpful, really recommend this hotel. Excellent hotel. The staff are really friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. My only criticisms, the parking is a tad expensive, there was a coffee machine in the foyer at 5am which disappeared by the time I was leaving at 7am and the coffee and tea supplies in the room are minimal. Otherwise though, a great hotel.

It's an easy check in and walking distance to the train station then a short walk to the terminals. I don't care for the restaurant and normally walk to the hotel nextdoor. The breakfast is decent. The shuttle runs regularly to all terminals, I normally walk it. Rooms are older and several of the rooms have had slow draining sinks and showers. There is a different odor in the rooms that takes me a bit to get use to. More...

OK, so it's an airport hotel. However, it's clean and comfortable, walking distance to the terminals and serves up a brilliant breakfast.
What sets it apart, are the staff. Very friendly and professional on the front desk, but the gems are working in the restaurant during breakfast: Glynnis makes the most wonderful omelettes, engages you in great conversation and has a brilliant outlook on life. Paco, who will serve you at your table in the morning: is dedicated and friendly, always with a smile and good conversation too. Between them they must have sixty years of experience in the hotel trade. It shows.
It's not about the hotel, or necessarily about the food...its about the people. This hotel has great people who make a difference. I always seem to have a great day after I walk out from this restaurant, because of the experience I've had. Enjoy!
