All of the goods provided were of a really high standard, and the service provided was exceptional. Right from first contact Sam was polite, prompt and helpful. After having a bad experience with a previous company, Glamourpuss absolutely exceeded our expectations and more!! The customer service is excellent and the range of products available is extensive. They had pictures of all the possible themes and products and also put different table designs together during our first meeting. These guys dressed the venue for my wedding on Friday! Bearing in mind I had no idea that there was a lot of issues that were the venues fault that I didn't know about as everyone kept it quiet to keep me calm and let me enjoy my day - these guys pulled it out of the bag and went that extra mile to turn it around! This company is absolutely amazing!! My little sister got married in Friday and the venue let us down big time! We were supposed to be meeting these guys at 9 ish to do the room dressing, we had lots of bits my sister had already bought and few surprise bits to add but the venue had double booked! I couldn't stay to do my part and the dressers couldn't do their thing! I was in floods of tears and didn't know what to do � But, they were so brilliant I got a big hug and they said they would come back later and make sure it was done. I gave them my plan for all the little bits and told them where stuff needed to go and they didn't let us down! The room looked stunning! Everything was perfect! I can't thank them enough for what they did for my sister and her husband! They didn't have to do what they did but they really care about their clients!! Thank you soooooo much!!! Absolutely fantastic team, we first chose Glamourpuss for there unique table centre pieces and so glad we did. I had trouble matching my colour scheme up with flowers and the men suits but Glamourpuss had no problems with the table decorations, favours, chair covers and stationary. The twinkle backdrop was brilliant and plenty big enough for our large top table. We can not praise them enough and their attention to detail is fantastic.
