I really can not thank Gin enough for her great and hard work that she put into making my body in shape! Like many people, during the lockdown, I have put on weight and I have tried a few personal trainers online during this time.
I was very lucky to find Gin. Apart of the trial , she also offered me an individual dietry plan, exercise plans to lose weight. The menu was great and Gin explained in advance that it is not a diet plan, but I slowly learned that my food intake was simply- not healthy, so I've changed my food style since then. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Healthy diet is everything, is who you are. You want to look good I get it, and thats ok but that it's not enough you want to feel energetic you want to feel that you on the top of the world. Be more flexible, more confident, improve your immune system, wake up in the morning and NOT to feel tired.
