Counselling
Only had one session so far so early days, however, I feel very comfortable in Helen's company and my instinct suggests that I will get a lot from the Helen's counselling and guidance.

I have just completed six counselling sessions so far with Helen and wanted to share how beneficial I found our sessions to be.
I had a main issue to discuss with a few other things but we ended up talking about all sorts of things but Helen is very skilled in bringing the conversation back to the focus and relating what I was saying to the here and now to making it relevant to our discussions.
Helen is a lovely lady, very easy to chat to and made me feel at home right away. She is very down to earth and very experienced in her role so was able to manage my expectations well and relate to my problems.
I found the process of talking things through so helpful, not just in the session but between sessions I was able to continue to process what we had discussed and it helped me to realise certain things about my life’s path that I would never have ordinarily given the time to think about. Helen is very flexible concerning what you want to talk about and even offered me the time to write a letter to someone in the session which I thought was a great idea.
If you have any hesitation, I can highly recommend Helen to help you, talking therapy is so much more than you think! I now feel I have made progress and will continue to think about what we discussed and put it into practice to help me in the future. Thanks so much Helen, our sessions are such a massive help to me, more than I realise!
