We have been doing consultancy (and teaching it!) for many years both in UK and internationally. We wanted to create a new type of consultancy which would work primarily online and would emulate the kind of diagnostic and problem-solving service which car owners get from their garage (hence 'Technicians'). This would lead to accurate development of interventions / solutions which could be readily implemented and bring about successful management of change. We realised that many businesses at the present time would be grappling with profound changes and perhaps would need to look at re-inventing what they do. We enjoy this type of challenge and encourage businesses at whatever stage to contact us for support and expertise with navigating the choppy waters of the present time and which lie ahead. One of our specialisms is FUTURE-PROOFING of businesses which we think all businesses will need at some stage in their development.

We have the all-round capability and understanding to work with very many sizes and types of business. We start with where the business is at and the motivations / ambitions / resources of the entrepreneur and how these can be built upon to achieve successful outcomes. We offer great value-for-money and have the flexibility to work long-term or short-term, online / remote or on-site (or a combo). We are also experienced trainers / educators and can run in-house or generic workshops for businesses looking for effective and sustainable staff / team development. We look at the WHOLE business and bring to bear a strategic mindset and future orientation so that the business owners can make effective decisions about how the business should move forward. Finally we cover the full range of business functions and have expertise in finance, marketing, operations, HR, leadership, management team development, and funding for growth / scale-up.

All of our services are available online / remotely and indeed we prefer this way of operating as it cuts down travel time / costs and we find it to be an efficient way of working. Of course, if on-site visits are required these will be carried out. Indeed a hybrid approach (onsite + online / remote) may be preferred by some clients.

We have been working mainly online which means there is no risk of infection. For site visits we follow appropriate protocols as defined by our clients and maintain social distancing and mask-wearing during face-to-face interactions. We would also aim to minimise time spent on client premises and where possible and feasible use online / remote interventions to supplement on-site visits.
