Often they feel that there’s something missing but can’t quite figure out what it is. This is where professional coaching comes in, to steer you in the right direction and help you clarify your purpose!

I am a professional coach with a wealth of experience and I strongly believe that with the right guidance and encouragement everyone can achieve their dream life. Coaching provides you with a safe space to discover what your drivers and motivators are, uncover any barriers or self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back and offers a framework so you can move forward to reach your goals.

Along with over 20 years of senior leadership experience within global corporate settings, I have a diploma in Advanced Coaching Practice and a Masters degree in Human Resources and Training. My extensive background in international travel and hospitality has seen me manage a diverse range of operations globally and I have worn many hats as I worked my way up the corporate ladder. I eventually realised that my true passion lies in enabling people to soar and develop their skills so I decided to study a Masters degree in HR and to certify as an ICF accredited business coach. I set up my own business and now work with clients from all walks of life keen to enhance their career, improve their health and wellbeing or just live a more authentic life that resonates with their purpose.
My coaching services will be customised to meet your specific needs and goals. While I’m objective and straightforward, I’m also a good listener and can help you look beyond and create a ‘long-term mindset’ so you learn to recognise your strengths and work to unleash your potential. I offer a comfortable and constructive space to encourage candid conversations so you can be yourself and am flexible when it comes to working hours, able to work both virtually and in-person. I aim to keep my rates very reasonable and I offer packages for group coaching or in-house organisational coaching, tailored to individual business needs.
