Naz at BC cars was the first of 4 companies to respond to me via email and this is partly why I chose to use him for our holiday airport run. He was always very quick to respond to any further emails which was very reassuring when booking him. We had a car and a van booked and the price was extremely competitive. The vehicles were very clean and tidy, it took the stress out of the journey and was rather relaxing with Naz's calm and smooth driving all the way there. When we arrived in Spain Naz was quick to let me know that we had actually overpaid by £30, on our return Naz was very honest in returning the money without me having to ask.
