My name is Lynda and my fur baby is Dave.Dave went to Lisa for the first time today , I was very anxious about how Dave would look as I had it in my mind what I wanted for him. However I need not have been anxious . Lisa came to collect Dave and went through all the options with me and put me at ease. Dave came home all happy and wagging his tail .He looked so nice and smelled lovely. My wife suggested using Lisa to groom our two dogs as she was recommended. We dropped our dogs off and was greated by Lisa. Our dogs were ready to be picked up with an 1 hour 15 minutes. I must say the looked great and for once the Basset hound smelt great. He's hard to keep clean. The doggy bandanas topped it off. All in all great service with friendly owners. So, so pleased with my Bella's groom today. Just a little tidy up, but after the previous groomers we went to she was traumatised and all but scalped. Coming from Alby & Eric's today her temperament was completely different. She was so calm and happy, not the withdrawn and nervous state she was at the last place. It was obvious Lisa has real pride in what she does and it made me smile when I was told Bella was having cuddles from Lisa when my partner went to collect her. Lisa looked after my cockatiel "Buddy" for two weeks while we went on a cruise. She visited him twice per day and spent some time with him. She followed all my instructions and left me a day to day account on what time she arrived and when she left, what she did, how Buddy was etc. Buddy was relaxed and his usual happy self when I returned. You could not ask for a more dedicated person with regards to animal welfare to entrust your beloved fur babies. I booked my gentle old girl, KT, my black Labrador in for her first groom. Lisa was waiting to greet me for my appointment and led me into her first class parlour. KT was looking a little sorry for herself as Mam was abandoning her, but Lisa was quick to reassure her as I left. A call later when ready to retrieve her and I returned to find a very happy and impeccably clean looking KT with the shiniest of coats. Lisa had never rehabilitated a hedgehog until last winter. We were stretched and needed someone to foster a young male over winter. Lisa happily obliged. We discovered the little fellow had a problem with his back leg and was on death row. However, Lisa rose to the challenge and diligently performed hydrotherapy every day. Consequently, the hedgehog was released in the spring, free to be wild again and with a perfectly functioning leg. Well what can I say, my little shichon "Minnie" is a a right little madam, Lisa started walking her for me and I couldn't of asked for a more reliable, trustworthy person with my dog. Minnie is always tired out after a walk with lisa and is happier then ever. Since then I've have been taking Minnie to her for a groom and it's the first time that a groomer has been able to finish cutting her as she hates it. I trusted my beautiful Newfie to Lisa. His long hair gets very dirty and matted as he loves to swim and then roll in soil afterwards. He also cannot be bathed too often due to his sensitive skin so I was a bit worried that just being brushed and blown wouldn't make too much of a difference. When I picked him up yesterday however his coat was shiny and silky and he really looked like a new dog. Very impressed!! More...

Booked my very fluffy, middle aged German shepherd in for her first ever professional groom and I couldn't be happier.From first booking a slot to picking her up the communication was brilliant ( I needed the reminder). My dog can away as happy as I did but with a much better smell.Lisa made me feel very at ease with a professional air.
