Regular Cleaning
We currently offer regular cleaning to 25 different clients per month, all with different needs.
Our aim is to give your property a freshen up within your allocated timeframe.
We will clean all bathrooms, disinfect all surfaces, hoover & mop all floors, wash up, put away. Nothing is off limits!
We are more than happy to change any beddings where requested by clients and will always go the extra mile.
Inventory & Checkout Inspections
An inventory report is a thoroughly complied document detailing each room within a property, its contents & their condition with indepth infomation and back up by photographs.
There are esentially two types of inventories, one completed at the start (The Inventory Report) & one completed at the end (A Checkout Report)
The two documents allows all parties to see how the property has changed during the course of a tenancy and simply see who the liability of damage, or wear and tear lays with.
