I am deeply compassionate about mental health and wellness, about people being able to share their stories in a safe environment, and journey together to help them discover how to live their lives more fully and more authentically.
I offer remote Psychotherapy, telephone therapy, in-person therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, and corporate workshops.
If we are meeting in person I have stringent protocols in place including pre-screens, contact tracing, masks, shields, table top shields, and disinfecting between clients. I also allow for people to change to online sessions if they are symptomatic or have been exposed to COVID.

I began seeing Noushin in May/June 2021, and have had all of my sessions online. I think that my experience with her was enhanced due to being online as I was able to access her guidance and experience from wherever I was. As a university student who had to move back to university once the 2021-2022 academic year began, being able to have our sessions online made her services accessible to me, helping me a lot. Noushin is such a kind and empathetic counsellor. Without her I would not have been able to identify many of the deep-rooted issues and behaviours that were negatively affecting my life--much less overcome them. She always greets me with a smile and retains the utmost level of professionalism whilst maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, she is accommodating to a degree that I hope every counsellor would provide their patients. Once, I could not find my cat before a session, as the cat was outside and did not return home when called. When I explained the situation to Noushin, she insisted that I find my cat first, and that we could reschedule our session after I had found my cat. Luckily, my cat had heard me calling for her, and hopped over the neighbours fence about 5-10 minutes later. Even after this whirlwind of events, Noushin was kind enough to let me complete the session right then and there. With all of Noushin's kindness, experience, and wisdom, I could not recommend her enough to anybody who is considering therapy. Upon completion of treatment, I'm satisfied with and grateful for Noushin. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I recommend! I wasn't sure how I felt about therapy, so tried just a half hour session with Kristin cause didn't want to fully commit. She made me feel comfortable and after only half hour I started noticing now I could improve my relationship and my life. I've now been for 4 more full sessions and feel more confident than I have in years! the people in my life have started to notice something has changed!

I have been to Calvin twice now and each time he has made me feel so at ease. I can't believe how relaxed I have felt after the sessions. I am able to stay focused on the methods I have been given and have already started seeing the difference, thanks Calvin!
