0 out of 5. The owner Francine I believe her name is called me specifically after my inquiry was imputed. I talked with her for 19 mins and agreed on the service. She sold me on the dry foam and we made arrangements for a Saturday I would be home. She gave me an approximate estimate of $340 and we set a time. I should have known better when I did not receive an email or any type of confirmation cause on that day no one showed up. I’m a busy mom of two working two jobs and I made myself available to have this service done. The job was booked two weeks after the introduction. When I spoke to Francine, she had no idea who I was nor any recollection of our conversation. She never apologized nor did I feel valued as a customer. She never called me back after I gave her a chance to go over paperwork to see if there was a mistake. She never tried to save the business. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. More...

I had sparkling clean in this morning I had the D&D special to help with my puppy training issues, my carpets were destroyed right through to the under-pad by our newest family member! Everything came up and out now it’s smelling incredible. They used a dry foam... so basically no drying time. They had top of the line professional equipment that really scrubbed out my carpets. I’m so impressed one time worked like a charm. The guys talked me through Every step. My carpets are deep cleaned much better than steam and the process was much faster. My brother moved into a rental that smelled strongly of cat urine which was a huge stressor for him. The landlord did not acknowledge the smell but agreed to have the carpets cleaned. The strong cat smell was obvious to John & Francine when they entered and she contacted the landlord to urge using enzyme. As I understand it, he refused but they used it anyway. Thank goodness, since the smell has substantially reduced. There is still an odor, but nothing like it was. They worked very hard to remove the stains and smell to make the rental healthier and more welcoming for the new tenant. They were friendly and very forthcoming with lots of informative information. Disgusting service. They didn’t even bother to show up and we’ve been waiting hours on end. Took the day off because they couldn’t give us an exact time of when they would be showing. Call saying they would come between 2-4 then they didn’t even bother to come. Not answering any of our phone calls. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Looks as though many people have this same issue with them. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THEM *** Update*** The owner called the next day and spoke to my fiance, pretending to be someone else who works for her, and told us the car broke down and she had to call the owner to check if it was okay to call us and let us know she wouldn't be coming. She didn't get an answer until today so thats why she called now. I called her back just now and asked to speak to the owner, whom she said was herself... it was the same person... same voice. If you're going to lie to people at least try to make it a good one. We can tell its the same voice for "all your employees" Don't screw over people... you're a dishonest business plain and simple. I called and booked an apt for today.. was told I would get a Call at 8am.. 930am comes still no call.. I call them and they confirm they would be there to clean between 2pm-4pm. . rearranged our day so someone was home (because it was during school pick up ) && NO SHOW. So I call again at 4:50pm and was told someone would be there in 10minutes.. && still NO SHOW. They stopped answering my calls. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! We hard our complete townhouse carpeting cleaned before we moved in. All our carpets were completed on time on day of closing after we got our keys.
Sparkling Clean arrived on time for us and completed the work in 2 hours. They got all the dog urine stains and
wine stains out of the carpets. The carpets look better now and smell fresh. We have three children so we chose to use their scotch guard and sanitizing.
