I would like to write and express my deep appreciation for kristle who did a deep clean of my home on bear mountain. The service was outstanding exceptional,reliable and extremely professional. Kristle was my third attempt to find a good house cleaning service. Kristle was very knowledgeable with a positive additude and great work ethic. She gave me a cleaning checklist and I was able to mark what I wanted cleaned. Everything on the list was done too mine and my husband's expectations and more. I'm looking forward to our next visit. She is a good cleaner. Her biggest flaw is she is not dependable. The first time she came she was 30 minutes late. I paid her and requested a receipt. She never gave me one. Instead of sending me a receipt the day of the work she waited 3 weeks and on July 5th she sent me a bill. A week after she first came she was slated to work for 4 hours. She never showed up at all. I was able to eventually contact her. She apologized and said she got a higher paying job so our cleaning job went completely out of her mind. She came today, July 11th, again slated to work for 4 hours starting at 9AM until 1PM. She arrived at 10:30AM and left at 12:30PM, stating the house was too dirty for her to clean. She commented that we would have to get another house cleaner. It is my opinion that if she would have come when she was supposed to have, two weeks prior, the house would not have had so much dust and dog hair. I also think if she is in the house cleaning business she should expect a little dirt and dust. After all, that is what she is getting paid to clean up. I interviewer her originally so she knew what she was getting into. Thus, I am thinking that maybe she is in the wrong profession. An electrician friend of mine said that if he was hired to do a job he would not walk off a job saying that the job was too big for him. He would come back and finish the job.
