Tech Arrived very late and had to be messaged twice..he left hardwood surrounding my area rug wet in places, he tried to up charge for "soap" stating there was a shampoo vs steam option not previously mentioned upon. Job was done satisfactorily otherwise. Whether or not they deodorized all rooms was not clear. Only one room smelled deodorizer. More...

Im so sorry if your not happy with the service Just to let you know vanessa There is limit for service for $130 If you cannot pay extra There will be no extra servcies And the rug were in the room On site cleaning means cleaning the rug on spot . If you wanted to do it anywhere else you could have told the technician . And you only paid $15 or $20 for the extra rug usually we charge $70 for a rug.
