I was a little dubious to begin with but it turned out to be life changing. I was working with Peter for 1 year from 2023-2024 via weekly online sessions. I was at a stage in my life where I was ready to try something new to get the most out of my time. As a dedicated father of 2 young children and a growing business owner I had little time to spare to work on myself, so identified a life coach could work for me to carve out that time each week. I learnt so much good stuff from Pete who is beyond passionate about everything he shares. It surprised me he always had something to offer me regardless of what my weekly issues and question were - health, business problems & goals, personal relationships, organising myself, nutrition, mood and energy, etc etc he covered it all. How does Hypnotherapy work?
Firstly, you'll have a conversation with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on what methods your therapist will use. Afterwards, the hypnotherapist may lead you into a deeply relaxed state using agreed methods to help you towards your goals. For example, suggesting that you don't want to carry out a certain habit gradually bring you out of the trance.
You are fully in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you don't want to. If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state.
