The villas are stunning and luxurious. The rooms are spotless and very well serviced, incorporating large bedrooms, cosy living rooms, relaxing bathrooms and amazing professional kitchens. Located in the Adelaide Hills in walking distance from Stirling, the villas are surrounded by the beautiful colours of nature, which shine of a multitude of wonderful colours in autumn. Private and peaceful, the villas are perfect for a relaxing getaway. My wife and I are return customers and spent our fifth wedding anniversary in the Yoko villa, which is breathtaking. We chose to have dinner served in the room, which was amazing and exceeded expectations. The food was not only delicious and served by courteous and attentive staff, it also had a unique balance of professional cooking and heartiness which made it perfectly in tune with the context it was served in, making the personal touch of chef Yuki shine through. We ordered the at home cooking class one pack, it provided all of the ingredients for dumplings, pad Thai and green curry. The ordering and pick up process was so easy, very organised. The pack included fresh, great quality, authentic ingredients. Everything you need, you just have to add your protein of choice. The online videos of the recipes were great, lots of great tips and stepped through the process as if you were there doing it with them. All three recipes turned out beautifully! Such a great idea to be able to cook something different at home! Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely make all of the recipes again. Now to perfect our own curry paste as it was delicious! Fabulous Middle Eastern Cooking class with Genevieve Harris. Wonderful day cooking a delicious menu of Hummus and flat bread, Chermoula chicken, Harissa marinated Prawns,with a beautiful eggplant and tomato salad, and bbq lamb skewers marinated in Hilbeh served with baby spinach, pomegranate seeds and yoghurt sauce. Then deep fried almond pastries with honey and orange blossom syrup. All served with lovely wines or fruit juice and water. A positive and enjoyable experience, even for first timers of cooking classes (as we were). Orla was a pleasant host, and our chef Yukiko was patient, authentic, and demonstrated key lessons on Asian cooking. A well organised production, in professional facilities, using quality ingredients. Not to mention how delicious the food was! We would highly recommend this unique experience. Oh, and having the opportunity to stay in one of their luxury villas was quite a bonus. Special mention to the lovely lady who cleaned up our mess up along the way. More...
