Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy
Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy is an evidence based hypnotherapy program delivered worldwide and endorsed by Monash university to relieve IBS and other gut symptoms made worse by anxiety and stress.
The program is a 6 session program with is delivered weekly to fortnightly for the duration of the sessions and you can expect to be able to reintroduce certain FODMAP foods as the program is delivered.
