I have been a dancer for nearly two decades and have transitioned into the fitness world. I have also competed in NPC Fitness competitions in the Bikini category and also work as a nutrition coach to help build healthy habits and relationships to food.

Consistency and dedication! I’m a big believer in long term consistency over short term intensity. Nutrition is the hardest part and also one of the biggest factors when it comes to getting your dream body which is why I like to focus on building those healthy eating habits alongside your workouts.

Watching clients become more confident every day is my favorite part about this job. It is what makes the hard days worth it.

Work 40 hours a week in a job that I have no passion for vs working a little more hours in something I’m passionate about and be able to help others? It was a no brainer.
