I've been training with Rocky for a number of years now, and highly recommend him to someone who's looking for an intelligent & engaging trainer.
Originally I approached to Rocky with a lot of years as an office drone having warped my body, along with some specific workout blockers that prevented me from having a successful & save exercise program.
Working out with Rocky is as much my responsibility as it is his - he provides the personalized workout plan, the knowledge of gym equipment, and the focus on what I'm doing when I'm working with him. It's up to me to show up, put in the effort, and provide constructive feedback on my workouts.
If you're looking for an legit, professional personal trainer you will find the person you need when you work with Rocky.

Rocky has been my personal trainer for more than 3 years. His knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition in reference to human musculoskeletal system is excellent and continues to evolve with new scientific information. He has the unique ability to quickly modify a preplanned exercise at a short notice if there are aches, pains or spasms affecting any muscle groups.
Rocky is a very hard working individual who is very punctual and obsessed with keeping the equipment clean. Most importantly he is a gentleman and maintains professional behavior throughout the sessions.
I would highly recommend Rocky to anyone serious about their health. In fact 4 of my family members have been working with him for years.

Following a successful rehab from an injury with the help of a physical therapist, I realized the benefit of me "just showing up" and someone else telling me what to do. ..I have been showing up and having Rocky guide me every week consistently for about 10 months now- I have lost weight, feel great, look better and make better choices about my nutrition. Lithic and Rocky have helped change my relationship with “working out”. While the strength training is excellent the work and advice around lifestyle, nutrition, and how to weave this in your life in a sustainable way without getting injured or feeling deprived etc - perfect combo of workout, education and lifestyle. Rocky has completely transformed my life. After having my third and final baby, I knew I needed to make a life long commitment to myself to include fitness as part of my routine. I didn’t know where to start so I started looking for a trainer online. Rocky has helped me with my diet and workout routine to help me reach my short term and long term health and fitness goals. He knows everything about diet/how the body works and can facilitate from a beginners level learning form to safely and efficiently exercise. Nutrition. Plain and simple. Without a good nutrition plan you will fall short of your goals. It's been said 1000's of times, "You can't out work a bad diet." And it's true. Putting together a nutrition plan that easy to follow, enjoyable, and sustainable is key. It could be the "best plan ever" but if you hate it, it won't work. Finding what works for you is the best way to go. It might not be the fastest, it might not be the prettiest, but if it works for you, then run with it!

Talking to my clients. Sometimes I think i'm more of of a therapist than a trainer. I love that my clients feel close enough to me to share very personal stories, feelings, and events. They confide in me, and we form a very unique bond. I love my clients and they are each very different. Even the families I train, each member can confide in me and they know it never gets back to the rest of the family. It's a very special relationship with each person.

I want to be able to do things my way, which I think is the right way. I want to be able to make my own rules when it comes to help someone out, versus being told what I can or can't charge someone. If i want to give someone a session or more on the house because of hard times or just simple appreciation, I can. I don't have a corporate boss breathing down my neck for sales or money, I call my own shots

I care about every client I have, and treat them like they are my only client. I make every effort to make plans as personal as i can. I make efforts to help them in more aspects of life than simply exercises or nutrition, but try to find the routes of why they got where they are in the first place. Sometimes I feel more like a life coach than just a trainer, haha.

I build my client customized programs to meet any fitness or health needs. Fat loss, muscle gain, improved mobility, strength building, joint pain improvement, and more!

I work with my clients to come up nutrition strategies that work best for them to reach whatever goals they have. We work around lifestyle and preferences to find a solution that they can adhere forever so this an up and down journey anymore.

Using my proprietary app and nutrition calculator I can build clients nutrition & fitness plans that can be delivered anywhere in the world. The app inclines video demonstrations of all the exercises, all the sets, reps, and details you need to complete your workouts. The nutrition plans are detailed by food & amount. I do weekly check in calls with my clients to make sure they’re keeping on track. There is an in-app messaging system that allows my clients to reach me anytime they have a question or we need to alter their program.
